Job Description

  • Responsible for email, whatsapp and SMS marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
  • Omni Channel drip campaign design and distribution through third party platforms integrated with marketing automation CRM 
  •  Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the stakeholders. 
  •  Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously 
  •  Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards 
  •  Planning weekly experiments and implementing successful pilots into automated workflows 
  •  Work closely with brand team, content team, creative team and product team to implement best communication practices 
  •  Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Hubspot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead reactivation,, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lead scoring 
  • Developing drip campaigns / interactive campaigns / whatsapp chatbots to minimize the customer effort and improvising the efficiency on Hubspot
Job Requirement
  •  3.5+ Years of experience post MBA / 5+ Years of overall experience with Graduation degree, in email marketing, marketing automation 
  • Experience is Whatsapp drip campaigns / bot journeys, Email marketing and email drip campaigns 
  • Experience in B2C lead reactivation, lead retention, lifecycle management, and Cx
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot / Any other marketing automation CRM
  • Basic understanding on what CRM integration is, how API works 
  • Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency. 
  • Strong independent project management skills. 
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities
