Job Description

As a Principal SDET we expect you to be passionate about solving challenging business problems and building applications that provide an excellent user experience. You will design & develop new test frameworks. You will be leading the team to help them design, enhance and build our platform in an agile development environment. You will work with colleagues, who will support and challenge you daily. You will play part of multiple teams tasked with multiple projects ranging from building highly functional, secure, scalable and resilient real time and batching systems.

  • Coordinate across teams for complete feature deliverables
  • Mentoring: Demonstrated an ability to mentor junior members of the team, and leading thought provoking technical conversations, be it pertaining to the current tech stack or new emerging technologies
  • Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes
  • Should be an expert in web automation framework: Selenium, Rest API
  • Perform Automation Testing of Rest API using automation Frameworks
  • A passion for testing, development, and design
  • Understand and Analyze the Functional & Regression scope of Product Development items
  • Assign resources to various projects so that their utilization is maximized
Job Requirement

  • B.Tech or equivalent degree in computer science or a related engineering field from a Tier- 1 engineering college
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in automation testing. Strong mentoring and leadership skills
  • Must be experienced in automating Web & Mobile applications
  • Experience working with Postman tool, API and Docker & Well versed with CI/CD
  • Working knowledge of Load testing framework (JMeter & Locust)
  • Should have good Knowledge on Java/Python and any other scripting language & knowledge on MySQL, MongoDB
  • Excellent in designing different automation frameworks/Architecture based on project needs
  • Come up with technology suggestions and implementation (Tools & Framework improvements)
  • Explore, Implementation & usage of code coverage tools
